Set immediately after the events of A New Hope, Luke Skywalker has gone from a farm boy in a dim corner of the galaxy hungry for adventure to cementing himself as a hero to the Rebellion against the Empire. However, more missions await Luke, Han, Leia and the rest of the Rebel Alliance as the Empire is reeling from the destruction of its super-weapon and looking for retribution. This is meant to be a more lighthearted, nostalgic Star Wars adventure reminiscent of movies like Top Gun while also being a quasi-sequel to Rogue One. There will be a strong focus on aerial combat and ground confrontations while building the lore between IV and V. Luke Skywalker is also growing more and more curious about the Force and will receive more advice and guidance from Obi-Wan. The main focus will be Luke Skywalker and his missions with his friend Wedge Antilles and their command of the newly formed, Rogue Squadron (named for the Rogue One crew who stole the original Death Star plans). Han Solo and Leia will be assisting them. Vader and Boba Fett will have major cameos in the film as Vader will provide Fett with the task of locating the Millennium Falcon and the pilot who destroyed the Death Star. The planets, Tattooine, Yavin IV and Hoth will appear.
