Fan Casting Eddie Vargas in Rodan (2025 Film)

Eddie Santiago Vargas was the younger brother of Gio Vargas who both lived in the city of Los Angeles from the 1980s to the late 2000s. By the time they got older, Gio moved to San Francisco while Eddie went to college and got accepted into the U.S. armed forces and became the top of his class as a pilot. This caught Monarch’s interest, who was impressed with Eddie’s flight tactics and leadership skills and made him the G-Team’s Wing Commander where he was stationed at Monarch Outpost 15 in Isla De Mara and moved to Mexico City with his wife Maria. In 2014, Gio was amongst the many victims of the San Francisco attack, leaving Eddie and Maria to raise their niece Alicia.
