Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
In this game you take control of the man of steel himself, Superman. As you do battle with some of his greatest foes, and interact with his famous side characters. You’ll go up against the big bad of the game, Lex Luthor.
