Colonel holds a very special place in my heart. But I also want the voice actor best fit for the job. Voiceover artists I can suggest are Ciaran Strange, Kayleigh McKee, Laila Berzins, Michael McConnohie (who's breakdown as Seth in Street Fighter V is something I can see him pulling off for Zoan Colonel) and arguably Wally Wingert. Skip to 12:18 in the video clip and Colonel shows up. I don't want an exact match for Hiroki Yasumoto, his voice actor in the anime; rather, I want a voice actor who can give a unique take to his voice.
