When Lord Vactarr abducts the Looney Tunes Gang into an arena to entertain his subjects, they also meet famous rock bands like Green Day, System Of A Down, They Might Be Giants, and Famed Frontman Dave Ghrol. Soon they realize the only way out is to preform for him and maybe even overpower him. So they put on a spectacle containing great rock and the cartoony antics of both.
