In Sherwood Forest, a fictional part of the South of the USA, the homeless are struggling from the heavy tax laws enforced by the cruel rich mayor, Jonathan Prince. Robin, a young homeless man, lives with his only companions, a bunch of strays (7 dogs and 3 cats), who he can talk to.
