Fan Casting Bulk in Roberto Orci's Power Rangers

A lumbering, douchey goober of a high school bully who thinks he's tough but is really just a moron. He slaps dead fish on Billy's head, gets roundhouse-kicked by Jason, and later bumbles through the evacuation, babbling about conspiracies. He's all talk, no action—and hilariously cowardly.
