A gangly, aristocratic bird-like humanoid who thinks he's the most refined member of the Dominators—despite being a squawking, cowardly buffoon. He constantly argues with his partner Squatt, but his theatrical arrogance is always undercut by his sheer incompetence. He's the "brains" of the comedy duo, though that's not saying much.
