To do this they send a team of 7 of their best agents to siege their facilities dubbed "New Eden" by his followers deep in the Oregon forest, so deep that only drones can fly by because choppers have no place to land. So the plan is to arrest Jefferson and escort him to the nearest pick up location, which a river that is a couple of miles west of their location. The problem isn't arresting Jefferson and taking New Eden but being able to escape his followers while taking him to the pick up location and staying alive.
