The Leader is a character created by Marvel, and is one of the main adversaries of the Hulk. He is basically the Hulk's exact opposite, while being weak, but having a superior intellect, causing his head to become huge.
Now we get to suggest all of our favorite villains in one group, so they can finally finish their deserved conquest! (RULE: No IRL people, like Donald Dump or Amber Turd. Clowns like them don't deserve conquest -_-)
