Dr. Jonathan Ohnn is a highly respected scientist appointed by Wilson Fisk to create teleporting and portal technology, to mimic the superhero Cloak… However the experiment goes terribly wrong leaving Jonathan as an inter dimensional being covered in various spots and portals, which he uses for nefarious purposes.
