Stephen Oyoung is an American actor. He is best known for portraying Martin Li / Mister Negative in the 2018 video game Spider-Man and its 2023 sequel, and Jason Todd/Red Hood in the 2022 video game Gotham Knights.
An Asian smuggler named Martin Li is kidnapped and subjected to an experimental drug, which causes him to turn into Mister Negative… He spends the rest of the movie taking down the people responsible, Hammerhead and the Maggia crime family.
