A photojournalist, L.B. "Jeff" Jefferies, is stuck in his apartment with a broken leg and passes the time watching his neighbors. He becomes convinced that one of them, Lars Thorwald, has murdered his wife.
A man named Edward awakes to find himself trapped in a windowless box. After going through multiple stages of grief and dread, he soon finds himself hallucinating due to the lack of food and oxygen… Ultimately Edward looks inward to find solidarity in himself, finally realizing the box wasn’t real, but his mind finally breaking down permanently.
