After a young gangster rises to power in Empire Bay in the year 1920. The gangster in question, Ricardo Greco, soon starts to realize the organized family he built for himself, is full of treacherous rats… The rest of the film features Ricardo attempting to step down from being a made man, and the many casualties that arise from it.
