Frank Theodore 'Ted' Levine (born May 29, 1957) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Buffalo Bill in The Silence of the Lambs and Captain Leland Stottlemeyer in the television series Monk.
After scientist Dr Bruce Banner saves one of his colleagues from being struck by a gamma bomb, he slowly starts to transform into a hulking monster… All capped off by Bruce in his monster form, facing off against another behemoth, Abomination!
