It’s the year 1997. There’s been an increase of marijuana use around the country, especially in the lower class areas. That’s where Marius comes in, a white man born in the Los Angeles projects… Along with his associates, he decides to become a profitable weed dealer. All of it comes crashing down when a rival gang steps in, wanting Marius’s stash for themselves.
