William Scott Goldberg is a former professional wrestler best known for his time in World Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment. He is famous for holding the record for the largest undefeated winning streak in professional wrestling. The official count is listed as 173 wins and one loss, although some have disputed the legitimacy of that total. Goldberg is also famed for his catch phrase, "Who's Next?" Goldberg is recognized by WWE as a two-time world champion: a one-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion and one-time World Heavyweight Champion, with both reigns represented by the Big Gold Belt. He was the first of three men to hold the Big Gold Belt in both WCW and in WWE, later followed by Chris Benoit and Booker T. He is also recognized by WWE as a two-time WCW United States Heavyweight Champion and one-time WCW World Tag Team Champion (with Bret Hart). Before he was a professional wrestler, Goldberg was a football player. After retiring from wrestling, he began working as a commentator for the mixed martial arts promotion EliteXC until its closure. He is currently hosting the television show Garage Mahal on the DIY Network.

Rhino, a brutish and dimwitted enemy of Spider-Man, suffers a mid-life crisis after he rescued Stella, the beautiful daughter of a mob boss, who told him that he is too stupid to be a serious romantic or business threat. Recalling a recent meeting with the doctors who created his latest suit, he undergoes a brain operation that turns him into a super genius. With his new intellect, he quickly do a change in his usual methods, allowing him to defeat Spider-Man, than he running away with Stella to start his own crime organization. With his intellect, he writes a novel, gets a restraining order that prevents Spider-Man from attacking him, in his crime syndicate are such other criminals as the Mad Thinker, and even rewrites Hamlet. Unfortunately, it has the side effect of making the subject so intelligent that he is no longer able to fully enjoy life, Rhino driving Stella away because he finds her too simple to attract his attention. Rhino reached a point where he finds no real meaning in life, Rhino hands Spider-Man, having deduced his identity via an equation he developed that allows him to calculate the secret identities of superheroes, information with which he can bring down Rhino's crime empire. He nearly commits suicide, but he comes up with a means of reversing the original operation and restoring his original intellect. He is soon restored to his former stupid but happy self, delightedly crashing through walls.
