After the events of The Worst Christmas Movie Ever, 67 Kid has returned from the dead to wipe out the world by eating it! Only Waluigi can stop him!

The other plot is Shadow and Faye wanting Waluigi to interview Fuzzy Lumpkins, a pink hillbilly supervillain who is also a violent psychopath, serving life behind bars for various acts of murder and cannibalism, as well as (along with the Gangreen Gang) sexually harassing Ms. Bellum. Our three heroes believe that Fuzzy may have insight into a case and that the 67 Kid may be just the bait to draw him out.
