Tin often views himself as the weakest member of the Metal Men, though his bravery cannot be questioned, for he is always willing to risk his own existence for the sake of others. As a result of his feelings of inadequacy, which are often magnified when he is with Mercury who verbally bullies him, Tin has a stutter. Once in the heat of battle, however, Tin's stutter leaves him. He can be very useful even with his doubts about himself and his worth.
