Fan Casting Swamp Thing (Champion of the Green) in Return to the DC Universe

The predecessor to the real Alec Holland as the Swamp Thing, this Swamp Thing was a creation of the Green's governing body, the Parliament of Trees, as a way to have some form of Alec Holland as their greatest champion. Swamp Thing had battled against the likes of Anton Arcane, an avatar to the Rot, Floronic Man and more as well as finding love with Abigail Arcane. Though he would die, the Life Entity resurrected Swamp Thing, unaware he didn't have Holland's consciousness. Now, Swamp Thing has found peace in death again, but left some of himself with Alec Holland to aid him in his role as the Swamp Thing.
