Fan Casting Epoch the Lord of Time in Return to the DC Universe

Epoch, or by his nom de guerre the Lord of Time, hails from the 3786, driven by his obsession and motivation to alter history to his own means. His use of his Chrono-Cube allowed him to travel to the past, where he would battle the Justice League of America. Over the years, Epoch would continue to use his technology to amass soldiers, weapons, and the means for conquest, even as he had been defeated over and over again. He has even clashed against the original Time Commander, and recently, his apprentice Sterling Fry, and now sees new competition with Harvest, the hyper-evolved Dominator.
