Doctor Cylvia Anita Cyber first came to public attention during the period when Diana Prince had sacrificed her super powered identity as Wonder Woman for a time, an encounter which would lead her disfigured. Over the years, Doctor Cyber would suffer paranoia and become quite the recluse, before she would eventually transform herself into a living computer. Not only has she battled quite a bit with Wonder Woman and her family, she has encountered other heroes in her ambitions for the world.
