Fan Casting Connie Noleski-Runk in Return to the DC Universe

Born in Texas, Connie Noleski moved to seek a career as an actress. While in the Hamptons, she would meet Wally West, early in his career as the Flash, and begin to date him on and off. Over time, Connie worried she felt less than extraordinary around Wally, so had a friend design her a superhero costume, which she used to help Wally. After they broke up, Connie had fallen for Chester "Chunk" Runk, and now the two live in Central City, with Connie continuing to seek an acting career.
