Fan Casting Calculator in Return to the DC Universe

A brilliant but twisted mind, Noah Kuttler began his career as a supervillain using a battle suit designed like a calculator that allowed him various options. However, when he had heard of the voice of "Oracle", he realized he could put his knowledge to better use by acting as a broker for all activities for supervillains. For a cut of their profits, the Calculator would be able to offer info and ways to help his fellow supervillains avoid the heroes. Recently, even if he has had no interested in aiding Lex Luthor, he was recruited in a way to help the Legion of Doom regain the Hall of Doom... all for a price he will be willing to pay to Luthor.
