Fan Casting Batman of Zur-En-Arrh in Return to the DC Universe

Though the concept of the Batman of Zur-En-Arrh was originally something that Bruce Wayne developed as a back-up personality based on mishearing the words of Zorro in Arkham Asylum, on the distant planet Zur-En-Arrh, Tlano, an amateur scientist and reporter, was inspired by Bruce's activities as Batman, becoming a protector of his homeworld, even bringing Bruce from Earth to Zur-En-Arrh and the two working together, with Bruce giving Tlano his blessing to be Batman.
