Fan Casting A.T.L.A.S. in Return to the DC Universe

A seemingly "simple" android, A.T.L.A.S. lives for one thing-- to be the best in anything and everything. That makes him dangerous overall. His only weakness is he's unaware of his own limitations, needing the help of humans to aid him in repairing himself and attaching armaments as needed. His strength is formidable, even if he tends to put things in a simple black and white view. A.T.L.A.S. has had battles primarily with Cyborg and the Teen Titans, early in Vic's career as a superhero, but he also has been upgrading himself slowly... as he prepares for another round with Cyborg!
