Fan Casting William Hill in Remake of The Haunting of Hill House

Little is known about his early history, other than he was clinically insane and met the love of his life, Poppy Hill in a mental institution; they married not long after in an asylum and moved to Hill House. Not much is known about their life together, other than in 1948, William walled himself inside the walls of Hill House[2]. It is assumed that he changed his mind moments later and tried to escape, scratching at the brick wall with no success
