Eduardo Roman was born in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. After graduating from law school and falling in love with acting during theatre workshops and plays while in college, he moved to Mexico City to pursue acting professionally. There, he studied and worked with the finest actors and directors like Patricia Reyes Spíndola and Arturo Ripstein. He has appeared in Mexican TV shows that are exported to many countries. He's also worked in many TV commercials for worldwide renowned product brands. Being fluent in English has also helped Eduardo Idunate work in American productions like Acapulco H.E.A.T. (1998) and The Mask of Zorro (1998) with Antonio Banderas and Anthony Hopkins as well as the French production Mookie (1998) along side French soccer star Eric Cantona. He was cast as a supporting actor in the soap opera Te amaré en silencio (2003) for Univision in the USA, where he played the comic relief. Eduardo is also a renowned voice-over actor. He is the voice announcer in Spanish for Disney movie trailers as well as many brands such as McDonald's, ProActiv, Toyota, Honda, Papa John's Pizza, Wells Fargo and many more. Upcoming films are "21 Days", "Get The Money" with Danny Trejo and Eddie Griffin and Coast with Bruce Dern as well as the TV Series "Gente-fied", produced by MACRO and America Ferrera. Eduardo Roman lives in Burbank, California, "The Real Hollywood" as he likes to call it.
