After escaping years of endless torture at the hands of the Joker, via Deathstroke, Jason Todd, the former Robin, now must forge a new path for himself now that Batman, a person he considered to be a father, seemingly abandoned him. Along the way, Jason will meet some members of The Suicide Squad that will train him better than Bruce Wayne ever could, eventually leading him to become the infamous Red Hood.
