James Corden is the kind of guy who (decent though he may very well be as a person) is relatively too safe a choice in terms of casting and is by no means the best part of the movie he's been cast in. Which begs the question, who else would've been a good option to play any given character that James Corden was cast as. No offense to James but you know-- why not.
