Christopher Michael "Chris" Houghton is an American animator, storyboard artist, designer, writer, director, producer, and voice actor. Big City Greens series was created by him and his brother, Shane Houghton.
The story continues Roger Rabbit's legacy and lifestyle in Toontown, every kids' dream come true which has evolved for decades and grown much bigger with it's amazing new mediums and characters. A new private-eye detective Casey Brown investigates a series of crimes in the cartoon world that seem more serious.
