Tara Lyn Strong (née Charendoff; born February 12, 1973) is a Canadian and American actress. She is known for her voice work in animation, websites, and video games. Strong's voice roles include animated series such as The New Batman Adventures, Teen Titans, Teen Titans Go!, Rugrats, The Powerpuff Girls, The Fairly OddParents, The Proud Family, Xiaolin Showdown, Ben 10, Chowder, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Unikitty!, and DC Super Hero Girls. She has also voiced characters in the video games Mortal Kombat X, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Jak and Daxter, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, Blue Dragon, and Batman: Arkham. Strong has earned Annie Award and Daytime Emmy nominations and won an award from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences. The film takes place in the fantasy world of Kumandra, where they live in peace and harmony. On the day for the feast, Raya (Kelly Marie Tran), daughter of Chief Benja (Daniel Dae Kim), befriends the princess of Fang, Namaari (Gemma Chan), daughter of Chief Virana (Sandra Oh), as she receives three blessings from the three chiefs of the tribes. Yen the Spine Chief (Ross Butler), Dang Hai (Sung Kang), and Xian the Tail Chief (Patti Harrison). But not before Raya does, the Druun have returned and turned into humanoids led by a dragon named Quynh (Woody Harrelson) who has sent his trusted conqueror Chen (Patrick Wilson) and declare war on Kumandra. Six years passed, Raya and her new friends form a team known as the Dragon Searchers who would search for the last dragon, Sisudatu (Awkwafina), who hasn't been seen for over 500 years. It's up to Raya and her new fearless friends to defeat Quynh, Chen and their Druun humanoid army once and for all.
