MRC II Distribution Company, L.P., doing business as MRC (formerly Media Rights Capital), is an American film and television production company by Mordecai (Modi) Wiczyk and Asif Satchu in 2006. Based in Beverly Hills, California, the company funds and produces film and television programming. Productions by the company have included the Netflix series House of Cards and Ozark, and the films Babel, Brüno, Ted, 22 Jump Street, Furious 7, Hotel Transylvania 2, Baby Driver, and Knives Out.
