After the death of Harry Osborn, Norman has since stayed out of the public eye. Norman refuses to leave his home, refuses to see anybody, hasn't gotten any work done; all of Norman's responsibilities in Oscorp has fallen onto Dr. Connors. Unfortunately for Norman Osborn, Wilson Fisk has a job fro him to do; pulling strings behind the scenes to put Norman in charge of Ravencroft.
