Patton Peter Oswalt (born January 27, 1969) is an American stand-up comedian, writer, and actor. Oswalt first began performing standup comedy in the late 1980s. After spending two seasons writing for MADtv and starring in his own 1996 comedy special for HBO, he began performing in films and television shows including his film debut Down Periscope (1996) and The King of Queens (1998 - 2007). A rare starring film role was the voice of Remy in Pixar's Ratatouille (2007). Oswalt has appeared in dozens of other films and television series, primarily comedies, including many voice roles. Oswalt was married to writer Michelle Eileen McNamara on September 24, 2005 until her death in 2016. Their daughter, Alice Rigney Oswalt, was born on April 15, 2009. He has been married to actress Meredith Salenger since 2017.
Ratatouille 2 is a prequel to a original that remy the rat becomes a household name, but there is a new food critic in town Jean-Pierre (chris kattan) a brother of ego who has very high expectations from the rat, if he doesn't find a soul mate a female rat sona played by (nikki glaser) and her mother a leader of her colony (rhea pearlman) could talk with remys dad into dating sona and by cooking a meal together that is romance and go hunt for food or he could go back to his living days in poverty with his brother and dad. Linguini and Collette will have to open a place of their own without the rat if he doesn't find his own soul mate. Patton Oswalt, Lou Romano, Peter sohn, Janeane Garofalo, will return to their roles and John Goodman will join the cast as remys dad and Chris kattan, Nikki glaser and rhea pearl man are joining the voice cast for a prequel
