The story is set in a fictional, modern-day version of the Wild West, where the notorious Ram Ranch is a legendary place of freedom, expression, and, of course, non-stop action. It’s a sanctuary for outcasts and those seeking to live their lives without judgment. However, the ranch is threatened by an ultra-conservative group known as the "Purity Posse," who want to shut it down and impose their rigid moral values on everyone. Enter Grant MacDonald (a fictionalized version of the real artist behind the original Ram Ranch song), a former rodeo star turned freedom fighter. Grant returns to the ranch to defend it against the Purity Posse. Alongside a group of eccentric, hyper-masculine cowboys who double as the ranch's residents, Grant must lead an all-out battle to protect their way of life. Throughout the film, there are wild, over-the-top action sequences, including absurd cowboy shootouts, ridiculous stunts, and an epic final showdown. The humor is a mix of physical comedy, parody, and meta-jokes, with plenty of nods to the viral nature of the original Ram Ranch song and its internet legacy.
