April Terri Winchell (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, voice actress, writer, talk radio host and commentator. She is best known as the official voice of Clarabelle Cow in the Disney franchise since 1996.
This movie is beginning with Raggedy Ann and Andy who has lost their father at the toy shop at the mall while the Camel with the Wrinkled Knees and all their friends to go on to the adventures to get their father back.
