Rafaella, the evil ballerina vampire, returns with the intent of killing men, drink the blood of her men victims that she can become immortal and maintain her beautiful face, and anyone who gets in her way. Johnny discovers that the ballerina vampire has killed many men and decides to protect his family, brother, friends and girlfriend from the evil vampire's murder.
