Set against the turbulent backdrop of 1947 Kolkata, Raakh aur Gulab is a hauntingly lyrical romance between two souls caught in the fires of history. Satya Bhattacharjee, a young idealist with a pen dipped in truth, crosses paths with Noor, a luminous and determined girl from a world seemingly opposite his own. As the city trembles on the edge of Partition, with tension simmering in every alley and whisper, Satya and Noor find an unexpected refuge in each other. But love is never simple—especially when drawn across lines that are about to be carved in blood. Through poetry, protest, and stolen moments, Raakh aur Gulab explores what it means to love in a time when the world demands separation. A timeless story of hope blooming through ashes.
