William Jackson Harper (born William Fitzgerald Harper; February 8, 1980), is an American actor. He portrayed Chidi Anagonye on the NBC comedy The Good Place (2016–2020).
A former slave joins forces with a German bounty hunter who freed him and helps him track down the most wanted criminals in the southern United States, hoping to be reunited with his wife.
