Francisco James "Frankie" Muniz IV (born December 5, 1985) is an American actor and racing driver. He is best known for playing the title character in the family sitcom "Malcolm in the Middle" (2000–06).
Oliver Queen gets revealed as the Green Arrow by Malcolm Merlyn and decides to give up the mantle of Green Arrow leaving Star City he goes on one manhunt for the villain Malcolm Merlyn to finish the fight he started.
