Prowl and StrongArm, Two Cybertronian Police Bots, one a rookie and one a lieutenant, are paired up together to take down a drug spree in Cyber City. A new drug called Speedergon, a form of Energon that speeds up Cybertronians, and if taken too much, much like a race car on nitro, crashes and burns.
The Last Scene in the movie has them being transferred to Earth, to which StrongArm says yes, and Prowl says no.
