Trying to keep her special powers a secret is difficult for a fearless princess named Mavis and her best human friends, Rumi, Nimona and Erika. When they are not at school, they use their magical powers to save sea turtles and rescue those in need, to defeat the evil pirate Vexius and the witch Ravenangela. Local athlete Bully Cyrus and his snobbish girlfriend Kira want Mavis and her friends when they become mermaids. But the girls head east to keep their adventures hidden, except for their human friends Jack, Madelyn, Greg and Riddle, who help them.
