The titular character, resembling a boy of at most 12, the youngest agent of the Intergalactic Peace Corps, sent from his home planet of Radion to keep watch over Earth for 1 year. His rocket is accidentally intercepted and he lands on the Worthy Ranch in West Virginia, with only fleeting memories, most frequently of his mother. Diana mishears his name (Papi) as "Bobby", thus becoming his alter-ego. Dressed in powerful armor and has a special pendant that can change things on a molecular basis, but needs energy recharged from Radion every 1 earth week. Ironically, his energy manager is usually asleep on the job (literally) and thus the energy only comes transferred at the last possible second. Overtime, the Prince takes a liking to humanity, to the point where it becomes more of a home to him than Radion.
