The egomaniacal, stone-skinned dictator of the planet Kragmire and it's neighboring stars. Looking to expand his empire, he learns of Prince Planet and, seeing him as a worthy enemy, heads to Earth to defeat Papi and subsequently conquer the Milky Way. Dressed like a fine undertaker, he has a pocket watch with chains that can double act as a garrote that can cut through virtually anything, has limb-regenerative abilities similar to that of a lizard, and retractable bat-like wings that carry him despite his size. He is calculating, colossal, coldhearted, cruel, and cunning. He and Warlock hate each other with a burning rage, constantly fighting over who gets the victory of having the Prince's head on a spike. His weakness is fire.
