Fan Casting Simone Kaludu/The Cement Woman in Price on a Head

Originally a petty criminal from the Liège slums, Simone Kaludu accidentally came into contact with a criminal experiment that gave her incredible powers. She can use the cement, which also makes up her body, at will, like "Sandman" in "Spiderman". She's not a fan of killing but, really wanting to be taken more seriously in the supervillain side, she sees this contract as the perfect opportunity.
