The story begins in Royals City, where fearless teenagers named Astrid Harding and her three best friends, Rose, Mira and Layla, discover an unusual laptop that transports them into the world of a video game called Heroes of Royals. There, they meet and make new friends while facing enemies as they make their way through a series of various video game levels, environments, and scenarios before facing the final level's boss, a villain named RavenHank who wants to enter the real world and plans to take it over.
