Professor Utonium, a brilliant scientist who wants to create the perfect little girl, creates three little pests. However, his work is sabotaged by his monkey assistant who adds the mysterious Chemical X to the professor's concoctions. The mixture has an unexpected reaction that generates the three girls with superpowers. Even though they intend to help humans, the three pests cause trouble for the inhabitants of Townsville.
