Head chief commander of the Spades Divison of F.L.U.S.H. which is the black ops division of Flush. Director Rex is a stone serious general who always driven by the mission never failing on. Rex found Logan when he was super young and picked him off the street raising him to be the best agent Flush will see. Rex is one of the only agents in F.L.U.S.H. alongside the other heads that know of Chimera and chose Logan to be the Red Ranger because he's the best agent he's ever trained and knew he will always have the mission in mind.
