Head chief general of the Clubs Divison of F.L.U.S.H. which is the field enforcement division of Flush. Director Jackson is a brave harden agent, he believes no life is more important than any other and is more than any mission. Jackson treated all of his club agents as equal soldiers brother and treated all of them the same, he's been recently impressed by Richard's bravery after a recent mission. Jackson is one of the only agents in F.L.U.S.H. alongside the other heads that know of Chimera and chose Richard to be the Green Ranger because he's loyal to his teammates and his bravery, saying he's the agent that represents the Clubs the most.
